Professional staff, almost everyone I met was more than willing to assist with any issues. They don't have weighing scale. For a hotel of that nature very close to the airport, I expects them to have a weighing scale as courtesy for their guests since most are travelers.

Good location The receptionist charged me twice . He said the payment didn’t go through after 2 nights stay even though MTN MoMo receipts showed the payment was successful both on the app and text messages at check in. I was late to the airport so I paid the second time $301 with my credit card. I told an airport agent about it and he asked me to go back to Hotel and get my money because my first payment got through. I went back and he finally cancelled the second payment. The receptionist name was Bright.

The breakfast is satisfactory, and the airport transfer service is very good and complimentary. The room size may be inadequate, and bookings made through booking site may result in smaller rooms with limited facilities.

We booked this hotel as ithe location was convenient. However , due to double booking we were transferred to the different hotel which is at the inconvenient place.

The bar/restaurant on roof floor was everything, at 11pm food was freshly made for me. That’s a huge win right there. The bathroom design was awkward. lol

I like the closeness to the airport & the breakfast The room was old, shower water was difficult to get hot and one of the pillows had stain on it
