They provided me with only one towel . I asked them and was told how many guest are we? I was shocked when usually hotels provide two big towel and two small towels . I did early check in and in the morning went out to eat . I came back and the room was not cleaned .

Convinient location being close to the airport, with a shuttle running every hour on the hour. Met our needs with early morning or late arriving flights.

Hugely overpriced compared to other ibis and ibis styles properties i have been to.

The airport pickup was very smooth, and although there were some problems with my reservation, the front desk staff resolved those and went above and beyond to facilitate check-in. The room was very clean and appointed with good lighting, bright colors, and all the essentials. Shower was great! The breakfast buffet was extensive, with local specialties and international offerings. The hotel offers partial day rates for travelers arriving on very early flights or departing on very late flights. There was a request for online advance check-in. This seemed ill-advised with long-distance international travel and a previous experience with phishing attempts through Booking.com.

Convenient location to airport. The charging options for computers and cell phones is out of date. Only the old USB ports are provided. More up to date USB-C ports MUST be provided. Also, the electricity outlets need to be upgraded to universal plug designs, not the antiquated British style of outlets, which is simply obsolete. The days of the British Empire are over.

The staff was the reason my stay was great. They were extremely helpful through several travel that I experienced during my time in Accra. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable while handling these personal matters. This was extremely appreciated. The rooms are in need of major updating.
