The location as it’s near everything example airport and downtown and coffee shops The washroom needs renovation, the 1st room we entered in had no hot water and we got shifted to another room, the bidet location should be changed and the shower was so old, furniture of the room also needs changing , WiFi wasn’t working properly until we called the engineers to fix it, those things should be done to ensure people have a better experience

It offers all the facilities you may need. A nice gym, a big pool, a restaurant. The room was nice and clean. The neighborhood was lively and full of restaurants. The only few complaints are that the elevators were not all working and sometimes you had to wait to use them. The staff was nice but not so knowledgeable about restaurants or things to do in town.

The breakfast was rather monotonous. Same menu every day. The location was very accessible and secure The estates person should work on loose door handles. My bathroom door had loose screws and I guess the house keeper is aware but for the week I stayed in, no fastening was done on the handle.

Im I had a super nice chilled 4 days at this hotel. The staff are really great, i had one of the best intuitive massages of my life with Eyerus, incredible! The receptionist ladies are all lovely and thank you to Joel for his kind assistance! The IT guy was great, got me out of a pickle with a visa application,.the housekeeping very good and Kifle. The spa with saunas and jacuzzi is a nice touch too and Yeni also gives a strong massage thanks. The pool area a bit of an oasis. The gym looked good and busy but I didn't step foot inside. Thanks! Bit of construction going on next door which is not the hotels fault

The bathroom needs an update

his was one of the worst stays I've ever had! The furniture was ancient and falling apart, the toilet was filthy—like something straight out of a nasty public restroom. The sink was broken, and I actually woke up to water flooding into the room. The faucet was completely busted, and water was pouring out non-stop with no way to shut it off. To top it all off, there was absolutely no room service available during the night. This is completely unacceptable and disgraceful for any hotel!

I liked the staff very much...very cooperative... dedicated... customer delight oriented.. always ready to help.. I would like to mention few staff members here specially who made my travel and stay a wonderful experience...from travel desk - Keder, driver- Firaol, Reception - Sisay gobeze and Danite solomon It was not clean...not updated ... It's just the good staff that I would like to go again and stay there...

We got a very nice spacious room upgrade with a balcony. The rooms are nice and large. Overall the hotel offers good value for money by Addis satndards. The mattresses were quite hard. I was missing the Gideon bible in my room.
