The front desk staff were very friendly,especially one of them named Mehret. The gym,spa, personell and all Staff were fantastic. There was a little bit of noise from trucks passing by during the night (the rooms by the road side)

The location The WiFi was very weak, breakfast was plain and there was no air-conditioning

The cleaning staff were very kind and helpful The electricity cut off the first night we were there and it was not turned back on for most of the day. We were frisked every time we returned to the hotel. We were told we were not allowed to bring food to our rooms that did not come from the hotel, even left overs. The front desk worker had a terrible attitude. Their debit card machine did not work. We had to go withdraw money from the ATM and they had attitude that we didn’t have USD instead. We have traveled extensively throughout Africa and have never had these problems. Definitely not a 4 star experience.

The facility is okay, clean and wide conformable room The property has unprofessional staff in the hospitality sector, power and water are interconnected and one night both went off together with unfunctional backup generator, interrupting internet connection.
