Very welcoming team at Hayes Hotel, so supportive in all aspects and woww, the service, ambience and cleanness of the room, was excellent. Great value for an affordable price. Sure to say, we will come back. No complaint. Everything was excellent.

Nothing Airport taxi driver took me to a trashy hotel by the new stadium. Hooked and drug dealers everywhere. Absolute disaster at that hotel. I never even saw Hayes.

Very clean with staff who are so willing to help. Nightly cost is very competitive. The free airport shuttle service is a real benefit. The dinner in the restaurant was overall delicious Breakfast is a bit limited if one isn’t used to eating Ethiopian food. The location isn’t great.
