I enjoyed my 7 days stay at Messay Hotel, spacious rooms with balcony, hot shower every time with good water pressure and good breakfast buffet. The location is excellent on Bole road near shopping malls, restaurants and taxi are always available. I felt safe walking at night and the hotel security are on duty 24 hours. I would like to thank the manager Mr. Yohaanes, the breakfast server GiGi and the housekeeping staff for making my stay great.

No variety of food. (Reshuffle on weekend) No integrated billing. Restaurant/ Bar and Room with separate bills at every single order (including room service)

Best property i have ever seen Nothing

Hotel rooms are small but clean and OK I never review usually but this time I decided to post, the service and staff levels are shocking, at reception I had to go down and let them know we had a power cut on my floor no light or WiFi which is less of a issue it took 1 hour for someone to attend to the issue and it was easy to fix, the biggest issue is I asked for a white coffee at breakfast they brought a black coffee, I asked for a small amount of milk and they told me I had to pay. I travel 300 days a year on business I have never encountered incompetence at this level across staff but also a service of this type I refused to pay for a tiny amount of milk and they refused milk. Please don't stay its a good price so really tempting but you will run into trouble with the staff and beyond disturbing attitude

Very kind and professional staff. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is at a footstep from Edna Mall and cafes, clubs and shops. I highly recommend it Nothing

The hotel is very comfortable and the services is excellent. -

Free cosmetics (soap, shampoo etc.), hot water, delicious breakfast included, comfortable beds. Good location-not far from airport and almost next door to Morning Star Mall and smaller shops. Very new and fresh building. No shuttle to the airport. Loud music from the outside. But we were staying here during the weekend - maybe during the week days it’s quiet.

Well located, a few minutes away from the Airport, cheerful and pleasant staff who put in effort to make my stay more comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. They even remembered my early morning departure and gave me a alarm call. Check-in was quick and credit cards accepted. Impressive Some very loud music from a neighbouring bar or nightclub that went on till 1-00 AM, very annoying. Strangely the hotel cancelled my reservation after I checked-out (as if I had not turned up) - I am yet to get an explanation on this.

It is really nice hotel in a nice location. The hotel is located close to the development corridor which was my favourit

The staff were nice and helpful. The room is not very big but it has everything one might need and enough space to move. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The location is excellent, close to the airport and at a walking distance from restaurants, cafes, shops...Very clean and modern. There are lots of sockets next to the bed. There is no soundproofing. You can hear anyone moving outside the room and the music from restaurants or hotels nearby. The shower doesn't have a curtain so when you take a shower water is all over the bathroom floor.
