The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bathrooms could use some repairs.

It was a short stay for a night. I was not able to have a breakfast, but the others were okay.

Top notch hospitality. I felt really welcomed by all the staff. Excellent location in Bole. It’s very close to shops, bars, restaurants, etc. Not every room has an A/C. This could be an issue during the summer. However, I spoke the front desk and they were able to provide me an A/C room when I requested it.

This property is one of its kind in the capital Addis Ababa. It’s super quiet, clean, and staff friendly. I have been traveling to Ethiopia 14 time a over 16 years and have been staying in multiple hotels including Golden Tulip; except for its location and Not So Great breakfast, Sabon exceeds every expectation and it is a place for a traveler who needs a quiet time to rejuvenate and clean space for your soul. A reliable and high-speed internet connection, characterized by exceptional cleanliness, tranquility, and unwavering friendliness.

Hotel has a good location with very friendly staff and a reliable pick up and drop off service to and from the airport. Used room service once and food was good and in a timely manner. Breakfast buffet has everything what’s needed. Windows in the shower need cleaning.

Sabin is in an excellent location near many restaurants shops. The complimentary airport pickup makes getting to the hotel a breeze The staff are all lovely and great ambassadors of the Ethiopian people Nothing to dislike in particular. I would have given a 10 but the breakfast is not kept hot enough for my liking

It was Okay , the staff were very friendly they were the best thing in the hotel, cleanliness wasnt the best there was Insects in the room !! The location is good , the building is nice a little old maybe but nice.

As I’ve commented before, Sabon is my go to hotel in Addis. Meets all the requirements of both a busy work traveler and a more leisurely tourist. Staff is first class

Love the staff. Facility was clean and in an excellent location.

A great place to stay. Free airport pick up weas there when I arrived. Room was spacious, clean , comfortable and quiet. Receptionist was charming and helpful. Security staff even showed me where I could find a local sports bar! Breakfast wasn't fully ready at the opening time (6am)

We took the apartment, but the kitchen was not equipped at all: there was no plates, cutlery, glasses.
