The staff are extremely kind and supportive. I had to change my room due to altitude sickness, and they supported me and checked in with me the following day. They also provided free drop-off at the airport. Occasional wifi issues

The location of the hotel was great. The air conditioning system appears to be circulating food odors, specifically those of meat or burgers, throughout the room.

Excellent location near airport. Good shuttle service. Equipment in fitness center broken. Light on balcony on all night. No way to turn of off by design. Curtains not sufficiently thick or wide to make room fully dark.

Location was good for the aiport. Pretty clean and tidy for an Addis Hotel No alchohol allowed in the hotel and non married couples not welcome based on (assumed) Christian values. Why is utter nonsence such as religion even allowed in 2025

Very clean, and big room. We had a family room with 3 beds and a balcony. Good location. Shuttle service by the hotel free. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Clean and spacious room. Decent breakfast with choices. Nice coffee shop in hotel reception. Good location. Despite informing the hotel of my flight details and arrival terminal, the hotel shuttle bus wasn’t there to meet me on two separate occasions ..once at nighttime after an international flight. Also there was a little confusion with my bookings as the hotel had different dates than my confirmed bookings on Booking.com. Very limited dinner choices on one evening.
