My stay at the Azzeman hotel was fantastic! The location was excellent and in a safe area. The staff was super friendly and well-mannered, offering great service. They also communicated well in different languages. Additionally, they were accommodating with early check-in. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay!

They had to charge us by USD, they did not allow us to pay in local currency.

I had a hot water issue and the manager promptly solved it. I was even given an upgrade to an executive suite room. Airport shuttles were prompt Nothing bad

The facility is good and rooms are clean and tidy The staff aren’t professional they try to take advantage and try to get payment in foreign currency when their isn’t any rule from the government that allows them to do that and they didn’t mention on there rules on booking.com that you must pay in foreign currency they either have to mention here or they have to accept payment by local currency

Comfortable room with excellent service. WiFi was a little weak, however the local celular service plan is the same, and can be purchased nearby. An iPhone clinic is next door and the cellphone internet and data plan store is down the street.

Great location close on Namibia rd close to main attractions and safe area Couldn’t sleep because of the club across the hotel. The room is not sound proof and the window doesn’t close properly making it worse.
