The location is super and It is in downtown Sometimes the internet is not stable aside from that I think everything else is perfect

The location is good. It was HOT inside, the electricity went off several times.

Breakfast was below par for quality and not served on time

Price was fair and location is great Too much noise, no air condition, no iron, and limited parking

it is my 2nd time to stay in here, it is my favorite nothing

For the price the staff was very accommodating and they cleaned the room every day I didn’t like the food too much but everything else was decent their was electricity issues from time to time but I know the war is caused problems with energy supply

Road closures and electricity cut outs which affected access to hotel and hours of power available. Though not the hotel's fault as this was a government initiative.

Fantastic location , great value for money and amazing gf and service . We came for a wedding and everything was phenomenal especially Dawit the manager who is a world class manager who went out his way to make our stay a memorable and special one . Coming from uk and traveling to many countries I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel with 5 /5 all round ! Everything was great

Pizza was good and the wine helped Unfortunately my experience with Daisy Hotel was sub par. Despite coordinating my arrival and pick up time and giving them plenty of notice from when the plane left, to landed, to heading to the exit, I was forced to call several numbers and finally got someone telling me they were at the hotel and would head over. 30+ min later they arrived. Took 20 min to get back to the hotel. When I did arrive, I was told I could not pay in birr but had to use a card that charged in birr? Fine, but the woman over charged me and had to compensate with a discount at the restaurant. Look carefully at the receipt and their daily exchange rate. Place was noisy and the road out front is completely tore up, giving a certain feel to the area. Lot of floors and elevator worked but had a sign that said, if it stalls out, don’t panic and call this number, suggesting that it happens often. Hope you have a phone and local sim! Anyway, I should have learned my lesson and despite telling the front desk receptionist my request for transfer back to the airport at a certain time, the driver had left and was unreachable, forcing me to get a taxi. The transfer was one of the key reasons for choosing Daisy hotel but they failed to deliver twice and over charged. I suggest you take your business elsewhere. Plenty of more professional options in Addis.
