Overall the hotel was good inside . But when you come out from the hotel no proper shops were around and too much construction work was going on in the area . Very bad and busy sidewalks which may force you to run back to your room. Apart from that the staff and the food were excellent. The price was too high I guess.

Speed up the check-in process. They took too long trying to photocopy our documents. They also need to provide more towels. One towel for a couple is ridiculous. Didn't like that they proved one towel for a couple. Will never share a towel with someone else, period.

Have enjoy it but maybe a full English would be a plus… Some fruit juice had extra sugar

The staff were friendly. There was many lamps not working, the provided breakfast was so limited and didn't respect the different food cultures, As long as it's considered as international hotel they should put into consideration the cultures for foreigners.

The staff ... the Ethiopian people are one of the best in the world The place has gone into disrepair nothing's been changed over the years basically falling apart the beds very uncomfortable hard to get a nice comfortable sleep but for the money I suppose you can't expect much more this is what you have to factor in it was a beautiful hotel nine years ago

I like the service and very clean, fair price specially there buffe for breakfast ? very nice well done. What really makes me uncomfortable the place a bit noisy around the hotel a king of building ?♀️ house so it's better to make it quite place and if you add extra shuttle service way better.
