Honestly the property is not close to good at all. Most things was broken in room, not fully equipments there. Super bad internet, you can’t even open a mailbox. Toilet was completely badc bath tab was broke even water can’t go out easily from both tab. Having cockroaches found in toilet, I still have the pic of it . Every night found mosquitoes. When I complain they only offer to change my room. But it wasn’t the salutation cause all room was the same. According to booking.com, I have paid 2500kr extra as well. About the property I didn’t like nothings. Such a bad and smelly building. I will never stay there again, and never recommend to others as well. Only good things it’s in good aria.

The location was decent for the price Staff was rude. Sheets were wet. Food was inadequate. Bed was old and noisey.

Abit more variety (international cuisine) would be helpful in the breakfast menu but overall it was an good experience

The staff were quite courteous and attentive. Also, really enjoyed the spa.

Had an amazing massage here and the pool and steam room/ sauna was really nice! Firstly when we checked in we were informed that our deluxe rooms were not available that night (even though it was booked) so we would have to stay in a different room for one of the nights and move the next day to a our rooms. When I asked why the lady behind reception smirked and said the guest had extended their stay. There was no apology just a smug smile, so I asked about the price difference and again she just smugly said there is no price difference and made me pay in full. The next day when we were taken to the rooms even the Bell Boy said to us yes you must move rooms this room is MUCH better. When we went back to reception they agreed there was a difference in price and if my friends were to extend their stay they could then discount it off for them. My friends decided not to extend as the staff was so useless and as they checked out and ask for the difference (in both English and Ethiopian as one of my friends is originally from Ethiopia) they played dumb. Acting like they didn’t understand the problem, they also then insisted my friends had to pay 300 birr more even though they had told me a couple of times that everything had been paid in full, and actually they had over charged us for 2 rooms the first night we stayed there. Secondly the first room we stayed in my bath/ shower had bits of broken tiles inside in and dead bugs. Bugs being in a bath tub in Ethiopia I understand but sharp broken tiles? Thirdly the second room I was in they obviously don’t clean the room hot tubs properly as when I turned on the water, foul smelling water and then dirt came out. Then after I gave it a clean and was getting out the wooden floor of the bedroom where the hot tub is was so slippery as it had no mat that I slipped and luckily only bruise my calfs. Thirdly as my friends are travelling with their baby on booking you could request a cot. This was confirmed through booking.
