Good location, fairly quiet and not too much street noise. Everything was great, apart from the old toilet odour. It either needs a deep clean or replacement as the odour was constant and I needed to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to avoid the smell reaching the rest of the room.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, within easy walking distance of the Central Markets, Rundle Mall and Botanic Gardens. I liked the onsite bar and restaurant options The lack of cleaning/ housekeeping. When I checked in for my 6 night stay I was advised my room would be cleaned after 3 days. By 1.30pm this had not been done so I called reception and asked why. I was told they were busy cleaning check out rooms. I asked for them to clean my room within the next couple of hours as I was going out again. When I returned, sheets and towels appeared to have been changed. BUT the bun was not emptied, milk not replaced, carpet not vacuumed and nothing wiped down in room or bathroom. This is not cleaning!

The location only. Didn't served coffee at night and the attitude of the kitchen staff.

Rooms were good. The hotel took $105.00 against my debit card and nearly a month later they have not released the funds. I have called and emailed and provided the information they need to give my bank. But nothing. Not good enough.

Beautiful room. Comfy bed and pillows, effective temperature control. Not a bad view for Adelaide cbd from the 10th floor. Lovely bathroom. Some difficulties with some pay tv networks, heating was on when I arrived despite my asking for the room to be cool upon arrival. Didn't like the tea cups, too small.

rooms were comfy long soft pillows were great Great places to eat close by, within walking distance buffet breakfast was overpriced for what you got (very little choice) Parking advice giving was poor, recommend sourcing your own parking Toilet early in the morning lacking maintenance (no toilet paper)
