This is the second time staying at this hotel and it was good. Was clean and comfy. I requested 2 single beds and when we got our room the beds weren’t separated so they gave us another room

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s also in a relatively good location. Would have appreciated having a jug in the room, so that I could refill water from the gym or the restaurant in the hotel.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, modern and easy to navigate the lights etc. Descent, although interrupted view of Adelaide Hills. Gym was satisfactory for a hotel gym. Clean and had enough to do everything I needed. Had some issues with my door not locking. Was told "we can't do anything until Monday" (this was a Saturday). Although it seemed to magically be fixed the next day. Would have liked more kitchenware; bowls, spoons, plates etc. I had to ask the restaurant for them, although they had no problem.

Small room but very clean and tidy. The man at the desk was very gruff which was an unpleasant first introduction to the hotel. Had to deal with him again when towels were not left in the room and it was clearly a hassle for him to help out. Other staff were very friendly and lovely.

Staff were so helpful and friendly and let me drop of gifts early for my daughter’s birthday which was exceptional! Nothing

Clean, comfortable, great hills & city views, beautiful decor, modern facilities, great atmosphere when we arrived into the foyer Sitting chair next to the bed wasn’t terribly comfortable but looked great!

The room was amazing big and the bath near the window looking over the city, and could watch tv at the same time The parking

It was clean and affordable- room pretty new There was loud creaking the entire night on the window side where the metal frames are. Got no sleep
