Great location. I’m really disappointed with our recent 3-night stay at the Pullman Adelaide. Given the price point, we expected a much higher standard, but unfortunately, multiple issues made the experience quite frustrating. Firstly, the room’s air-conditioning was very inconsistent. It became extremely stuffy overnight, making it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. On top of that, there was a noticeable stench coming from the water system — every time we used the shower, there was an unpleasant smell, which made it quite off-putting. The facilities were also below expectations. The pool had an overpowering level of chlorine, so much so that it discoloured my daughter’s bathers and stripped the colour out of them completely. The sauna wasn’t working at all, and instead of being fixed, there was simply a sign saying it was out of order. Breakfast was another letdown. The pancake machine at the buffet barely worked and needed constant attention, which became frustrating for guests trying to use it. To make matters worse, when my husband ordered a coffee, it was served spilled all over his tracksuit pants. When we raised this and asked for some form of compensation — even just assistance to wash the only pair of pants he had brought — we received no response from reception or concierge at the time. At checkout, we were given a brief apology, but there was no follow-up, no acknowledgment of the multiple issues, and no offer of compensation. Overall, this stay fell well short of expectations and left us very disappointed. For the price we paid, we expected far better service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, we would not recommend staying here, and when we return to Adelaide to visit family, we will definitely be choosing a different hotel.

Nothing Team members at F&B has a habit of tipping themselves, be aware about the dishonest staff members at F&B. Please check your bill, we were charged for a number of tips that we did not authorize. Will never be back because of this incident.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room, bar on-site. I felt very comfortable and safe in the bar on my own, sipping whilst reading a book. Despite valet parking there was no-one to assist with our luggage on check-in. They advertise as a 5-star hotel, and I would expect this as a normal offering. The tables in the bar looked like they hadn't been cleaned, but when I asked for a cloth, it turned out they are actually marked and they are clean - it gives an incorrect impression.

Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the generous selection of pillows. Handy location for mall and restaurants etc, and nice and quiet at night. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Reception seemed at times to be understaffed, so there was a queue to check in/out. Bathroom could do with some better/brighter lighting.

I was really impressed that the room didn't have a bath and that the view was a carpark. I also found the room to be quite small.

Location was prime. Rooms were decent sized. Staff was exceptional upon check out Wasn’t much not to like about this stay

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

Staff were mostly friendly, beds were comfortable, hotel seemed clean, location very convenient. Called room service and housekeeping for different things and both times we had to call them back after 1-1.5 hours because our requests weren't carried out (more specifically, I requested a firm pillow from housekeeping which never came, and I requested jugs of cold water from room service that never came). Our coffee pods weren't refilled when our room was cleaned. The gentleman behind the bar at Parc wasn't very welcoming. He wasn't rude but very bland. We ordered cocktails and he seemed to be unsure of what he was doing. Order took a long time. Asked for nuts and was told there weren't any but when I politely insisted, he found some.
