Great location amazing view Parking, No Valet, self park then charged but card didn't work so paid twice. Room Service ceased at 11pm was the main reason to stay and unable to return until after 11:30 to find had to leave to find a venue for a drink and food on a Saturday night!! After it clearly stated on the booking that 24hr was available . QR code for room service but no idea the phone number to call reception or concierge to arrange cab had to physically walk downstairs. Been a client of Crown Plaza for more than 20 years and feeling let down
