The property is exceptionally well maintained, clean and has a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and friendly I was satisfied with all aspects of the trip and the service

The room I had was beautiful. it was a corner room and the floor to ceiling windows were exceptional. the room service was great, and i thought the staff was top-notch. The bathroom was a bit smelly, possibly from the pipes. Also, at breakfast one morning I took a plate that looked clean but had water on it and then everything tasted like dirty dishwater. I ended up getting a new plate, and everything was fine. It was just that that one particular plate was not fully clean.

Room was very good as weer the views. Coincidentally we have stayed in the same room before. Breakfast was good as is the location and parking Everything was pretty good

The bed was comfy Bad shower pressure. Room was way too small. No ventilation in the bathroom. No bin bags.

Great location in the city. Room was available early for check in. Check in process was smooth. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was too firm and small. Pillows were also firm. Water pressure in the shower was low.

Location was ideal. Staff were helpful The walls are too thin, can hear people talking and doors slamming and vibrating through my room. Worse, was hearing everyone's toilet flush all night long!
