Nice hotel in the center of Adelaide. Room was large but had a lot of wasted space. The hallway in was wide and long and pretty useless except to store luggage. Queen bed that was pretty comfortable. One couch, again a lot of empty space that would have benefitted from more furniture. Internet was pretty good. Up high and nice view towards the water. Heat worked well. Normal selection of TV channels Just felt sterile. Lots of useless space. Nothing stood out that made me want to give this any special points to raise its rating.

Staff were unable to contact a manager to resolve, and I requested a phone call which was never received. Staff were unable to provide a tax invoice for business travel purposes.

The location is excellent, the breakfast is good, a bit oily. The doorway is wide, the ceiling is high , it feel the more spacious. The staff were very helpful. If there is another toilet in the apartment will be excellent.

Spacious and clean and well equipped! For such a nice size space, there is only 1 small mirror above bathroom sink. There are plenty of places within the space to put a full length mirror

The restaurant on site was fabulous with great service, friendly staff and delicious meals. They really went the extra mile. I was super impressed with how wheelchair-friendly the building was. The coach in the lounge was not the most comfortable, but the rest of hte apartment was perfect.

We were very impressed with every aspect of U City and would make it a 'have-to-stay-at' locations for the facilities, the staff and also the concept of inclusiveness it operates on. Nothin.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment and it was spacious and comfortable with a small well-equipped kitchen.

We were very surprised at the size of the unit and affordable price we paid. Beds were all very comfortable. Loved the unit was fully equiped for the kitchen and had laundry facilities. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The location is extremely central to town and the markets are a minute's walk away. The common balcony/garden area was being renovated so it was a shame we couldn't really experience that as yet.
