Great central location, suits shopping, nightlife, theatre events. In CBD of city. Secure night entrance. Easy check in. Beds were quite soft. A little bit of street noise.

Easy access to rundle and food. Manager was amazing and helped out where she could. Pub next door was loud but was the showdown weekend.

I can hear the sound of running water coming from some of the other floors

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I liked that there was a discount for parking across the road. The room had everything that I required. There is absolutely nothing that the hotel could do about it but as the room was facing Gilbert Place, there was quite a bit of noise from the pub across the street which kept me awake for a while - but not your fault at all!

Nothing, just the location was good Very disappointing stay. Worst hotel my family has ever stayed. Shower was so so slow, almost at the drip speed, still the staff did not change it or change the room. Beds were pathetic and I ended up with back and neck pain. Bathroom was so so old and disgusting. Room was so damp. Paid around $266 a night and it was worse than a backpackers hostel.

It is at the center of the city. Almost beside Rundle Mall. Location is top notch and the price of the stay is really good. Its old and dirty. I can felel the stickiness in the carpet and there are old food under the ned. No carpark. You pay for your own near the place.

Location is great to plan daily trips around Adelaide and surrounding areas, The size of the room was larger than expected which was really good because we could spread out. Beds were comfortable and the linen was clean and appropriate to the weather. Recommend the pizza place across the road but there were lots of places to eat right on the doorstep. Loved looking in all the laneways around the residence. The fridge did not close properly.

The only thing I liked was it’s proximity to Rundle Mall. The room is old and dark. You can’t tell if the room was clean. The window is too old and rusty to open, so no view from outside. It was covered with an old curtain. We can also hear lots of noises especially at night. No room service provided. Not worth the price. We found a hotel close by which is cheaper but very nice and clean! I have to remember not to book here again.

The location was perfect for getting places but was extremly noisy and cold. We thought it served our purposes. As above we think after midnight management should speak to noisy people.

A God-awful noise in the middle of the night that seemed to eminate from the air conditioner and lasting half an hour. It's not clear what caused it or if it even was the conditioner. No ABC on the TV.

The beds were uncomfortable.

It was difficult to sleep, the room faced the street, a lot of noise, throughout the night, from road works, street cleaning from 5 am.. all the disturbance sounds came from outside the property. not sure what can be done about it

Good location for my requirements. Staff friendly. Exceptionally noisy with street noise and noise from adjoining rooms.
