I loved the area, after visiting the busy town of chania,I really liked that this location was more chill. The parking situation was small, but really, thats the only complaint

The staff went above and beyond an absolute credit to the hotel .

We had a great time here! The room was spotless and the staff super friendly and helpful. Our room was not huge but spacious enough for our two suitcases. The ocean water is clean, the beach is also as clean as it gets with so many people. The food is good and changes every day - there is a different theme each day of the week. The all inclusive drinks were also fine. There were two live events while we were there (one DJ and one singer) which was fun even though the hotel bars close at 11pm. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and a small cake for my boyfriends birthday in our room, which was a gesture we highly appreciated. But our personal highlight were the pool cats, a small group of friendly (and some shy) cats who were chilling in the pool area all day. They wouldn't bother anyone but were happy about cuddles and attention. There was also a friendly cat on the beach who frequently visited us. All in all, we would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. The sunbeds in the pool area by the beach are only for guests of the beach wing of the hotel. Unfortunately, there is no sign that explains this so we were asked to move to the sunbeds on the beach. Fortunately we had a voucher to lay there for free, otherwise it would have been 7€ per day. The toilets in the public areas were not up to the standards of the hotel, they could use some extra cleaning and possibly a renovation (especially the one in the beach area). Something to note is that even though the hotel is adults only, the beach isn't. People can lay in front of the sunbeds on their towels with their kids. Not an issue for us, but might be difficult for others. The food that was sitting out in the restaurant such as the pasta was often times lukewarm at best, which was sad as it was really good.

This was my 5th mini-holiday in Solimar Turquoise Hotel and I had an amazing time, again. They had up-graded my room, so I could stay in the Beach Wing with a beautiful view of the sea and Theo Island. Everything was perfect: the spacious and clean room, the hotel's lovely beach and the delicious food, with Greek specialities. But the real magic was the kind and attentive staff: Anna ( the manager ) and Anastasia ( the receptionist ) are the hearts of the hotel and thanks to their hard work and kindness I always feel at home in Solimar Turquoise.

This was a great place to stay. I would recommend it for couples. The food was amazing and shout out to Maria who was such a lovely staff member to talk to. A perfect all inclusive resort

Excellent ratio of quality and price. A varied selection of dishes. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The stay fully met your expectations. We stayed in this hotel for the second time and we will definitely come back.

Confortable. Sociable personal. Beautiful view to the sea. We were on our honneymoon and they made us a beautiful surprise.

A lovely hotel in a great location, with direct access to the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was excellent with a good selection to choose from at all meal times. The pool bar and beach bar offer a great selection of drinks on the all inclusive package including some delicious cocktails! The hotel is surrounded by some really nice restaurants, bars and shops, but it never felt noisy or too much. Chania is a short bus ride away and definitely worth a visit, the venetian port is stunning! All in all the stay was exceptional value for money, the rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, great food and drink in a great location, what's not to love! The only thing I didn't like about the hotel are the tiles around the pool, it is very slippery when wet!

We liked the most the manager:) and receptionists! They are all doing amazing job! And also waitresses - well done;) There was nothing we didn t like...

We had a Brilliant Vacation,Happy Helpful, Polite ,Staff. With a big surprise the Reception Staff,Anna,Anastasia & Yorgos Upgrated our room.and had a warm welcoming for our Wedding Anniversary,The Hotel ,Is Modern,New & Clean,They have a Romantic Beach Bar with pool,Crystal Waters Beach with free Sunbeds,a larger pool with Bar in the hotel,good free WiFi. we where on All inclusive, Bfast,lunch ,dinner & between snacks ,Alcohol, Cocktails,Water Juices & soft drinks, Big Variety of tasty Food Deserts & fruit.The streets are full of Shops.We booked return taxi with the hotel which was cheaper. Lovely place with the bar on the beach. Staff is very friendly but some guys in reception could smile more when tell them good morning etc. Nektarius in the bar is clever guy, very friendly and make people have a party together. Nice also because no children there but our children came to Greece and we have to unlucky change hotel. Food very variety and good flavour. Never problems on toilet. Just the air con was so weak and the spray water in pipe was damage. So basic thing but nobody care of that.

We really liked the hotel. The personnel was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The cleaning and cleanliness of the hotel. Newly renovated and fresh. We got a room with nice view and liked it very much. When we arrived we got fruits and a bottle of wine in the room. One of the poolareas was nice and warm, protected from the wind and the other was closer to the water and nice when it was too hot at the other :) The snackbar could have been better.

The staff was great. Anastasia welcomes us every day with a big smile and she was very interested in our needs. Also the manager is a great person. They tried to do our staying a very pleasant one. Maybe the meals, more variety of Greek cooked food.
