I like the idea of the interior design but the plants weren’t taken care of so alot of dead plants. It looked dry. It has a area that was supposed to have water and it doesn’t. The bed was really hard. No hot water to shower with.

The location was excellent, it is a small boutique hotel with lot of green area, old style building, floor and construction, good restaurant and very good staff over there. Good normal breakfast but service was good. Only missing thing was the safety box in the room which was not there.

The hotel was centrally located to almost all venues of the Feria de San Marcos. The interior had a beautiful and restful garden. The breakfast was quite good! Day staff were friendly and helpful. There were only TWO accessible electrical plugs - one adjacent to the sink and the other powering the wall-hung TV (which did not work). Charging phones and iPads were a challenge. There were no plugs near bedside! We had to request a long extension cord to operate a CPAP machine. Internet was spotty. Noise from 2nd floor walkway outside room windows interfered with sleep. Evening desk manager dour and appeared put upon by requests for assistance.

Natty at breakfast was very friendly and tried hard to make sure we were being well looked after. Needed a bit of renovation.

Nice property…very pretty. Extremely loud. People running up and down hall ways screaming and in their rooms too. Could not even try to sleep until after 2am.

Toilet seat was broken. shower drain was clogged, most of jacuzzi jets didn't work and when turned on it smelled like having sitting water.

Very clean and friendly, great location The power system was a bit confusing. The microwave didn’t work.

My husband and I were left by ourselves in the hallway for about 30 minutes. Shower was plugged, we had a swimming pool...lol Some mold, curtains broken....well, first and last, that is for sure.
