The location was about 1/2 walk hour to Centro Historical. Near an OXXO & gas station. The loudness & noise level inside the hotel was HORRIFIC. Took a while for the hot water for the shower. Loudness started about 11:30pm & went on till 3:30-4am. Halls very loud voices carried. When we told them the mens bathroom light in the hall didn't work; nothing got fixed. Also, at 6:30am an engineer of a car or truck was SUPER LOUD like someone was working on it in the garage under the hotel. This noise was LOUD for about 50 minutes. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE EVER !!! My sleep was so deprived because of the noise level. 3 nights booked. Also, the air conditioner worked the first night then it stopped.

They didn't respect the fare published on the app from Booking. The price difference between app and the reception.

all was good, no complains Booking gaves me a price in my reservation, once I arrive they didn't respect that rate, they charge me a little bit more... but is unfair....
