The hotel is very well located. The breakfast is good and tasty, the café de olla so delicious, l recommended. Everything was good.

Nothing Nothing because we're hard as a rock front desk workers were not friendly not clean had to get another hotel for the rest of our trip will never recommend that hotel at all

Limpio Que las camaristas hacen un tanto de ruido desde las 9-10am.

So far everything tasty, we feel at home, the employees are so friendly and help all the time if they can.

If someone is talking in the garden or hallways it’s quite loud in the rooms.

Bed and breakfast were.so good The shower, they could get a new one in order to save water, what they have is too old and it waste a lot of water And, the parking, they have a very small place just for 2 cars and we have to park in the street, too bad

The room was extremely loud. The food was disgusting. The staff was rude. The bed uncomfortable. AVOID AT ALL COST! It's cheap but is simply not worth it.

The rooms were not sound proof, you could hear the distant neighbor Snore Very Loudly and I didn't feel comfortable doing my job from my laptop because of the sound issues and being heard.

It was clean and the staffs tried to accommodate the different issues we encountered - windows give on the corridor inside , it gets noisy at night, and early morning the cleaning ladies speak very loud - the internet connection isn’t great - the breakfast was not good, no variety (good luck if you don’t eat chilaquiles) and only last from 7:30 to 9:30 ,so cafeteria is always packed we had 2 snack bread and butter in our room :(

Front desk lady was friendly and accommodating for the parking. None of the staff could speak a word in English. Other guests were smoking and loud. Breakfast was poor.

Excellent buffet breakfast, helpful staff Initially given a room that wasn't ready (no bedding, paint pot on bed) but this was quickly remedied.

To be closed for the entertaining areas, near everything. Too cold room. The bathroom was uncomfortable, the shower section doors were broken and the spillage was too bad, the toilet was too close to the shower doors that you cannot sit well on the toilet, I fixed the water current from the shower the were clogged.
