Staff location felt safe , good food and bar service All was good

They didn't respect the price, give a destroyed room and after that a room at the roof top, in to an area under construction, with a lot of noise until 9 o'clock at night. For the first time in my life I felt offended by staff attention.

Comfortable bed and clean Customer service was terrible. They did not like that my reservation was through booking .com and kept insisting I had. One bed when I had reserved a two bed room and kept telling me that next time I book directly through them. We also had. Death in the family Nd had to check out two days earlier and asked if they can give us credit and they refused. Will not be back due to terrible customer service

Safety

The price for this facility is extremely high for what you get. Breakfast is way too expensive and having to pay for Parking after the extremely high prices is ridiculous! We all went as a group unfortunately half of our group had to leave after the first night due to a family death and they would not give me credit for the two nights they did not use the room even though they checked out and they had a. Lots of people that wanted the room.

Location Staff! My room wasn’t ready at 11 pm

There was a really bad smell sometimes, and when you asked to the staff the reason of the bad smell specifically in the restaurant area as well as the lobby and mainly in the pool area; they said that is normal due to a company at the side that irrigates the green areas whit treated water.

Location was perfect. Staff was super friendly

I enjoyed my time in the pool. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would stay there again when I am in town. I wish I could have stayed longer.

They can’t solve the issue of the charge

The best help your front desk made was helping us get a doctor to our hotel room to help my wife who had fallen and hurt her ribs prior to our arrival. Everyone was very kind. Thank you for your help

The breckfast was good, so many flys in the restaura, all over the food, I reported it but it seam they are used to it. that was the only thing I didn't like.

They dont have chargers for electric vehicles

The property was very clean, spacious and luxurious in parts . Mainly the lobby. Safety was a concern of ours . We traveled with family and felt safe . The location makes for only patrons on the property. The carpet and room furnishings have seen better days. Perhaps because they are constantly cleaning?

As we checked in, the staff didn't warn us about a scheduled electricity cut to avoid losing business; ? At midnight, the room became uncomfortable to be in, due to AC cut, by morning it became hard to breathe inside the room, nothing worked, no lights, no TV, no AC, so we have rush our check out the hotel very early the morning. When I claimed to the staff why they didn't warn us about it, they just said it wasn't in their hands. I found these actions very abusive and irresponsible by the hotel management. Will never go back to Marriott again.
