Breakfast options lacked for warm items

Nothing- staff very rude and unhelpful Did not get room requested Was not offered an alternative room A/C not working initially Was given a room with view of brick wall Instead of city view as booked Loud music playing in street- couldn't rest Again, not given an alternate room Very displeased with treatment received Asked for complete refund - was refused. Worst customer service received from any booking made through Booking.com Beware of this accommodation See above

Location, clean room. Just an incident with one clerk at the front desk at check in. A couple of unconsidered employees (clerk and bell bot on the night shift), turned off the lights and closed the main door while I was dealing with two big suitcases (53 pounds each) and assisting my old mother (she is 93) climbing the stairs. In a very rude manner they asked if to take the back door and refused to open the door. It’s a shame, because I have been a regular customer since 2021 and never have been treated like this.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location The breakfast was very basic. The hotel had no amenities.
-
Excellent location- at the heart of the city and the bustling downtown. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff are amicable and helpful!

The location is fabulous. My room was well appointed and the cleaning service was top notch. The breakfast was disappointing to me. I mostly ended up eating fruit because I don’t eat a lot of sugar.

The location of the hotel. The hotel had a gloomy ambiance.

Location to the zocolo, many restaurants and shopping

This hotel faces the main plaza in Aguascalientes. Walk out the front door into the action of the day. Easy walking to small shops, museums and the cathederal. I loved the room and the lovely age and architecture of the hotel. It has been a hotel for more than 70 years and has been added onto over the years. Underground parking was very convenient but I never used my car in my 3 night there as walking was so easy. I would certainly stay here again. Being downtown meant that there could be some noise. I visited during a religious celebration week and the parade of semi trucks blowing their horns for 2 hours was a bit much....however, that was not a common occurrence for most peoples stay.

Cant ask for a better location. Breakfast hit the spot.

Location was great, close to a variety of places to eat, shop, take a tour. The bed comfortable, shower had bath wash, shampoo and conditioner and AC. You are given a ticket for breakfast, which for us was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling. Plenty to see right out the front entrance, big AGUASCALIENTES letters steps away, nice little park, Front desk arranged pick up to airport at time requested, you pay your driver, no big deal. Nice hotel, would book again, first time visiting Aguascalientes.

Very good

A fantastic location right in the centre of town. The room was clean but small, with a nice view of the central square. Most sites of interest and a lot of restaurants and shops were within an easy walk. The bathroom layout was very cramped and while most of the staff were friendly, some were not.

Great location in the city historic center. The staff is super friendly and they are glad to help in any way they can to make your stay pleasant. some of the street facing rooms are noisy. Since the hotel is very close to the cathedral, some religious people start preaching at 5:30am for about an hour with the help of a mic and speaker that plays very loud religious music. Unfortunately there's nothing the hotel staff can do about it.

Chruch bells right next door ringing early in the morning. But I can't complain. It's the culture here.

Smack in the center of town. We’ve stayed here several times but now it definitely needs major overhaul. The staff was not welcoming- we felt invisible- no welcoming greeting like in all other hotels we stayed at during our 5 state vacation. What makes it worse is my husband is from Aguascalientes- he was SO disheartened by this experience. We will definitely never stay here again. PLUS they asked for cash payment ahead of time saying that if there was a balance they would give us our change. When we asked for it the next morning the lady said there was nothing in the books that said there was money left over - what a scam!!!!
