The room size and mattress were good, the hotel looks nice from the outside Needs remodel, rooms are old, I asked for a crib and they gave me the crib and the mattress no sheets or pillow for the crib, the staff was not helpful when I asked for sheets they said they will see if they have one.

Location and confortable beds Service in general was regular, every day was something missing with room’s amenities. Was too annoying to call every day because something like soap or towels are missing.

The staff ! They were welcoming and supportive The recliner in the room looked old and was extremely dirty with visible stains ! No coffee pods and the colors of the room and carpet are dark and dull

Very noisy till midnight out of four nights one night was peaceful, I had to put Kleenex tissue to cover my ears. Tried to check out the second night but they wouldn't give me credit so I was stuck there if I wasn't satisfied I should of been able to get a refund for the remainder days. I asked for room change but the place was full

Great Location, rooms are always flawlessly cleaned. Short distance from many stores. The front desk staff was very approachable and professional . Noise travels through walls and halls. It can make it difficult to catch some sleep during the mid day hours.

They canceled my reservation a few hours before I arrived there. They did not offer me any solution or any other option for my stay. Me and other co-workers have stayed at this hotel many times over the past years. I am disappointed.

The upgraded rooms are very nice and clean. The basics are clean also but outdated. We stayed 4 nights 1 in the basic room with no working air conditioning. The 3 nights in the newer rooms were great.
