Friendly and Professional staff. Great location. Peoperty is old but Clean. I had a problem sleeping in extra bed that was provided. It is not good for the back and posture. Also, Air coming from the air condition it seemed it wasn’t clean enough.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The building is full of wall mould/fungus. The room had a dingy smell. Toiletries were not provided properly. I was locked out of my room and when I requested help desk to attend to it immediately, they did not show up for 4 hours. I had to go back myself to get it fixed. Thanks to the housekeeping lady who helped me get into the room.

Upon arriving the hotel seemed great. Location was good as it’s close to the Airport. During our stay all the staff were excellent. Service was great too. The only thing hotel really need to work on is the cleanliness and modernisation of the rooms. We had 2 rooms and both the rooms were dated and not very clean. We found empty used bottle of water under the bed that’s when we noticed all the dust. The toilets weee clean but were very basic. If they work on the rooms this can be a very very good Hotel.
