The hotel is good but not quite as modern as I had expected. Dinner and breakfast were excellent; however the layout/organization of food and tables needs a replan. The staff were pleasant and the location convenient.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was elegant yet comfortable, making it perfect for both relaxation and a premium experience. The food was excellent, with a great variety and quality that truly stood out. Service across all areas—from housekeeping to dining—was top-notch. Overall, it was a memorable and comfortable stay. Would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and hassle-free experience. While our overall stay was pleasant, there was one aspect that could be improved. The room had a connecting door to the adjacent room, which raised some privacy concerns. We could occasionally hear sounds from the next room and even noise from the hallway, like trolley bags moving. It made the space feel a bit less private and soundproof than expected. It would be great if better sound insulation or more clarity around such room features is provided, so guests can feel completely comfortable and relaxed during their stay.

Staff are helpful and supportive Spa is perfect Gym is small with limited equipment and half of it with carpet… you feel not hygienic at all Pigeon are on swimming pool all time Carpets of rooms are dirty Counters on common areas are not well cleaned Overall cleaning has to improved overall hotel facilities
