Be cautios before booking this one dont go by the name ITC. One of the worthless ITC properties stayed ever. Been ITC member till 2023 but never seen such a bad quality of hotel along with negligent staff. I had placed a special request for one single bed but yet provided me 2 twin bed depsite of agreeing while booking, then after requesting the double bed they denied and informed that hotel was full. While i finished my work and just stepped in my wshroom and realsed that my slipper were wet along with my botton till ankels the washroom was wridly leaking. after giving multiple calls and request they shifted my room to next door to my surprose it was a double bed which earlier was not available. At the checkout i requested the staff very soefically about the invoice email, which she never emailed and still i am waiting for same despite writing an email. Probably it would be tough to choose this one again due to poor staff cleanliness and amenties. Cleanliness Poor Staff Not upto mark breakfast

Good location & near amenities. Excellent breakfast spread. Staff super polite! Upgraded to Club room as we checked in later. Some electrical bathroom fixtures were old & run down.

Add on web site becauseof which i did booking of hotel. Very congested rooms, old furniture, no maintenance of rooms,. Breakfast spread was big enough but non of the items were of any taste. Not worth eating.

Very well located and good staff. Very run down place. As soon as you enter you realise the place is in dire state for Renovation. Requested for towels which were in poor conditions and were torn from the corners. Fit to be in the museum towels !! Besides the location advantage there are better options. Absolutely nil security checks besides at the main gate where your car gets checked. Anyone can enter and go to any floor. No key system for the lifts and an outsider can access any floor without anyone stopping him.
