Nothing to be liked but yes may be location I can say Staff, abilities to handle customer queries, room space n short menu of breakfast.

Comfortable hotel in the newer part of the city. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good enough and the servicing of it excellent. Nice big bathroom. Bed was big and very comfortable. WiFi was fine as was the air con. Laundry service very good. The room and bathroom looked dated. Breakfast service was disorganised at times. The food, although not varied, was fine but the cleaning of tables and service areas and the topping up of food both need improvement. Although there was a nice, big shower, the provision of hot water was variable.
