Breakfast had many choices. Better than any other hotels I hv stayed in the past 40 years during my travel across India. Reception was great. Very accomodative people around. Great show by all staff.

Breakfast was charged during booking and not shown in confirmation. Receptionist gave an irresponsible reply when asked about what booking.com shows and what gets printed on confirmation. I don t think they will take any action and booking.com will continue to show free breakfast while booking but on confirmation it will not be there.

Front desk staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable. We checked in late at night and the whole lobby was a mess because of some renovations. Breakfast was below expectations - cold, not tasty. Staff looked sad to be there. I felt sad after spending one night and checked out for the rest of my stay elsewhere. Have stayed at Four Points in Turkey and other countries and this was disappointing.

Fairly good property in a nice location Toilet was too small and the health faucet was not in the right place. It should be on the right hand side for easy use.

Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional! They truly went above and beyond by preparing delightful snacks for our early morning travels over two days. We were treated to a lovely assortment of fresh fruits, tasty sandwiches, and wholesome nuts. It was such a relief to have these delicious options on hand, especially since we could share them with our children. It made our mornings not just easier, but also a lot more enjoyable! The location is fantastic! We had easy access to all the major attractions right from our hotel, making our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. We were in Ahmedabad for two days, but I couldn't find a negative comment to write.

The room was nice with big bathrooms. Old Ahmedabad is not too far, so the location is convenient. There was no facilties as such. No swimming pool etc. Its more of a business hotel then a family hotel

Breakfast was wonderful. Quite a nice hotel. Reception staff could have been better When we checked in on 17th reception staff could have been better with some good knowledge of the hotel.
