The room had a very bad smell, and there was greasy hair all over the bed. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during my lifetime. There was two overhead lightbulbs one was out. No coffee. No complimentary breakfast. I could feel coils through the mattress. I laid on it for two nights and then asked the office if they could switch out the mattress they looked at me like I was crazy so I had to sleep on the wooden floor and then there was a person above me on the next floor up that head very heavy feet and would not stop walking all day through the night. I called the office and told him about the person above me and they told me that I am no longer permitted in their building which I wouldn’t come to their building anyway, but it was a awful experience. The management is not there to make your visit joyful. Everything there was a nightmare. You need to find new management.

I'm having a great experience with extended stay, management and staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff is always cleaning and making sure your stay is comfortable. I have no complaints

It was sufficient. We just needed a place to sleep before an early morning event and shower afterwards. It was conveniently close and decently priced. We were disappointed that there was a dirty towel and shower cap on the back of the bathroom door, no mirror outside the bathroom, and no hair dryer. When we asked for more towels (there were only two clean ones), we were told there were none available as they were all in the laundry. So it goes.

To be fair to them, the staff were genuinely nice people that did seem to try their best to help guests with whenever they could. The location was also nice because it was relatively close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. There's also a good variety of shopping and food within just a short drive. I'll also give that the AC ran fantastic. I think this place could really use a thorough going-over by pest control, as well as just general cleanliness for the rooms. My final tally of roaches was 28 that I took out in just a three day stay. The floors and walls had a strange oily residue on them, and one of my towels had brown stains on them. No one replaced any of the linens or towels over a three-day period. My shower also didn't drain, and so the water was up to my ankles after just a few seconds. My microwave turned on, but would not heat anything, and the Wi-Fi is only decent if you pay up for the upgraded version.

They have German cockroaches and the hallways and elevator are dirty. There are less desireable people who live there full time.

Roaches everywhere. Dirty pillowcases, towels, and bedsheets. Again, roaches everywhere. Strong smoke smell. We couldn’t sleep there under those conditions and left.

For the price, the property was not worth. Uncleaned promise.

The price and that's it. It was a dirty mask in the corner of the shelves on the wall and it was a dead fly or bug on the wall. The bed was broken and not comfortable. Its not secure. They keep outside doors open. Poor lighting in room. Water pressure was bad, it was like two streams. It smelt like smoke everywhere and the AC made it worse. The staff was rude. We didnt stay the second night and was told we'd get a refund. The guy lied and I never got a refund, so I called to check on refund and he said I'd only get 10 dollars. I said unacceptable and then he got very defensive saying the call was being recorded which I said that's fine because you are being recorded being rude. He said he was going to ban me from staying at any extended stays then hung up on me( why would I want to stay there after my experience there anyways??). Also at check in, they scammed the guy in front of me. They told him he'd get a refund because he left early as well but once he left the building, the two workers were talking to each other and said "he's not getting a refund, I just pointed to random numbers on his bill". In hindsight I probably shouldn't have even checked it.

Mattress is hard/very low quality/uncomfortable.

Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional

Dirty rooms and smelled like smoke everywhere. Most people staying are living there. Extremely noisy. Multiple people fighting in hallways at all hours. Would never stay again.

No smoking is not enforced. Place smelled like smoke. Doors open was a concern. Room was clean. Ok for what I needed.

Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. If I hadn’t already paid and been so tired, I would have left for sure. Only good things was the water in the shower was hot.
