Clean Good location But No Soundproof Smell of smoking Location

The people on the restaurant are roud and mean we went up for the swimming pool there were a dead bird and the pool is not clean in the room in the night there is a noise from the street the noise isolation is not so effective.

The rooms was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Thanks to Laith Al Saudi make our stay excellent.

The cleaning was terrible, nobody cares if anything was defect. The breakfast was bad.

Very nice hotel, location is in the heart of the city. Clean, comfortable room and bed. Bathroom needs a bit of maintenance. But overall was very good.

We have to pay for water after paying hotel rent. Water is our basic need it should be free.

Location and the lovely reception staff especially Jamouna (might have that spelt wrong) Close to Jett bus station Buffet breakfast included Rubbish in the swimming pool and too many children in the pool as it is quite small
