Quite The furniture was not comfortable and the sofas were dirty

There is no window in the rooms ???? The smell is very bad inside, and it feels like suffocating The bed in my room was broken and the bathroom wasn’t that clean.

The breakfast was excellent and the lady who prepared was very friendly and professional.

The night staff member at the reception desk was especially helpful with his time and assistance in my getting around the city and help me book a Sunset Cruise when my own activity had been canceled and helped me get a ride and help me with anything I asked him and the day staff was also very generous with their time. Our accommodations for wonderful as as I was a grandmother with her grandson and his wife and they put us in a suite so that we could be together which was so wonderful

The hotel personnel Yusef and chef Taha are very friendly and know their job well. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel is clean and worth its money

The working team is fantastic and very helpful, especially receptionist Jusef. Breakfast was very delicious ? in the morning and made by professional cooker Maha. You can easily park your car in front of the hotel. I am thinking but didn't realise it ? ... valuable in this hotel for you money ?

It’s a very old property- renovated recently , but not done it properly. Most of the items are not working- fridge, bathroom fittings, and sofa and chairs are too old

furniture are old + building isn’t clean + i have no idea how it has this rating it should be much lower No Ac in the living room! Everything about the property and the facility

Perfect location in the heart of Aqaba. Extremely friendly and welcoming reception staff who always go the extra mile. The beds were incredibly comfortable and guaranteed a great night’s sleep. Cleanliness Location

Bad odor in the bathroom. Air conditioning system started dripping water onto the bed.

The staff was good and mama was so friendly

It is in a very interesting location, close to the beaches, markets and the restaurants I am a guest for this hotel since more than 5 years The significant increase in the prices per night is something that needs to be reviewed

Room didn't have windows.

Great hotel, we were upgraded for a suite for my family and we we were given with some good advice with a glassboat trip during our trip. Service is great (advice, breakfast), appartments are very cleaned and the hot shower is really enjoyable after 2 days in the desert !! many thanks for your kindness and hope to see you soon
