Location, excellent staff, excellent service, well maintained pool, cozy with homey atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Niazi for his professionalism and continues support. Definitely will be my choice next I visit Alaçatı.

Sweet amazing and hard working staff, beautiful rooms, cute kitties , very walkable to town center. SO SO loud!! Right next to obnoxious bars that blast bass music. There are no hot water kettles in the room, the windows don’t open easily. They didn’t tell you espresso or orange juice is extra during breakfast and charged me almost $70 US worth of coffee after 3 days!

The staff were not clear about what things were not included in the “free” breakfast. They charged an exorbitant amount for the OJ and scrambled eggs. Free drinking water was not included.

Clean, well maintained property Nothing

The location was perfect - at the silent edge of the town center, (almost) away from the noise and bustle; but still within one minute walk you can reach the first restaurants and shops. The hotel itself consists of 2 nice old buildings, connected with an amazing tranquil inner courtyard, hosting the restaurant and a beautiful calm pool area. Sitting there in the afternoon to read a bit was the perfect relaxation after a walk through busy Alacati. The breakfast served in this garden (or in a covered area, if too chilly outside) was very good; crispy breads, homemade jams, Eggs to your choice and an outstanding olive oil (produced by one of the employees in his own family business) made it a perfect start to the day. All stuff is extremely kind and helps to make your stay even better. Not related with the hotel indeed, only with Alacati itself: if you arrive by car, pls contact the hotel on beforehand on what to enter to your navigation, as Google Maps tries to send you through very small roads that were even partially blocked for traffic.

I spent three wonderful nights at Beyevi Alaçatı, and I truly loved every single detail of this beautiful boutique hotel. Everything about it is simply exceptional. The hotel has a chic, artistic aesthetic that creates a warm and elegant atmosphere. Its location is perfect—right in the heart of Alaçatı, with everything within easy walking distance. What made my stay even more special was the incredible hospitality. Everyone working there was genuinely friendly, helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. They made me feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. My room was lovely, comfortable, and cozy, making it a joy to return to after a day out. A very special thank you to Niyazi, who went above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable. He patiently answered all my questions, made sure I had everything I needed, and was exceptionally kind. He even drove me to the bus station in his own car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I can say with complete confidence that every time I visit Alaçatı, I will stay at Beyevi Alaçatı. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. Highly, highly recommended! The only small thing I would mention is that, for my next stay, I would request a blackout curtain, as I need complete darkness to sleep well. That said, this did not take away from my wonderful experience.

Lovely hotel that feels like home. Great pool, sparkling clean rooms, helpful staffs. Breakfast was simple yet great. If you’re here on Saturday, i’d recommend you to take a few minutes walk to the nearby Alaçatı Pazar Yeri, a very authentic and local market to shop for souvenirs and fresh fruits. Cozy hotel and very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was great! The room was very spacious and well decorated.

Right in the edge of Old Town. Walk to everything. Personal touch. For breakfast, almost no fruit; no yogurt. Wifi was not available. Started rewiring on the 3rd day? When driving to hotel, GPS guides you to their back entrance. Whereby the reception is at the front on the opposite side. Where car cannot reach. Would be nice to have a sign at the rear entrance as well as a door bell to notify the reception on arrival. For guest who cannot do stairs, need to request a ground floor room. Steep and narrow.

A beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Be aware that things like eggs, fresh orange juice are not included in the breakfast and are an extra cost.

The location and all facilities all marvelous. Unfortunately, an unexpected mistake on honeymoon letter and extra charge for it made a bad impression.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. The staff was very kind, breakfast was amazing and the rooms were beautiful. Beautiful garden as well. Very well located in the city.

Beautiful property in the centre of town but providing a tranquil setting during the day and just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Alaçati at night. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make sure your stay is everything you want. Our room was huge and whilst it didn’t have a balcony or terrace, there was plenty of space to relax round the pool or in the bar/seating area. Breakfast spread was lovely and the homemade pizzas are also worth tasting ! Loved the little cat Cherry who was in residence too ! Nothing it was perfect
