The location was perfect, about 5 minutes from the beach and central park, shopping and restaurant area. Its a kind of all in one location combined with excellent room facilities, staff service. Breakfast was also delicious, everyday menu was different. Entire day you can have a complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. Excellent choice for short and long stay. NA

Once cockroaches found they did move us to different room. Cockroaches in the room, flies in the food, rude stuff

We had a very comfortable stay. The location was great, really close to the beach and the port, and the room was spacious. We had a balcony which was really nice. We had a non smoking room but sometimes you could smell the smoke from other rooms coming through.

The hotel is in a good location, on a quiet street in the center of Alanya, close to the sights and the beach. The hotel looks very good. Spacious rooms, which have everything you need, cleaning on request, delicious breakfasts. The hotel area is small, but there are two outdoor swimming pools and everyone can find a free sunbed.

I like that is close to beach and harbour, shopping street and food shops everything you need in a walking distance. And there is not much sound to hear even it's this close to sentrum. And easy place to take the bus from even if you want take bus nr 1 or 2. The rooms are good both appartment and normal room. Have stayed in both. Bed is really good. The people working there is nice. . Special one girl she always smile to you no matter what. :) And talks to everyone. ? Have also stayed here long before they was own both buildings. And gurses was also good hotel back then.

2 Pools - one is colder than the other Coffee machine Location Breakfast is only ok. Sun does not hit the pool most times Air conditioner is bad to turn on and off

Very nice hotel and close to city center. Friendly and nice staff. 2 swimming pools but mostly in the shadow during the day. Small supermarket just infornt of the hotel.

Pretty new apart hotel. Everything was working and in good shape . Housekeeping ladies did great job in making room feel refreshed everyday . Some of the staff in front desk needs training . They do not speak English . The hotel cater to Turkish/domestic travelers not international.

This I the second time we stay here. The hotel is excellent, the rooms are clean and the location is great. The bed is also very comfortable ☺️ I liked everything
