Aslan City Hotel

I'd like to thank the staff who work at this hotel, really nice and very helpful people, especially the receptionist, Ali, who is always ready to solve any questions. The location of the hotel is perfect as well, 3-5 minutes walking to the sea and another advantage it's not loud outside. There was a good internet connection in the lounge zone. As for food, all the dishes are super tasty and delicious, but unfortunately there were not so many choices of fruits, too little meat/fish dishes. The balcony was very small and there was no clothes dryer in the room that was inconvenient, because you really need a place to dry the clothes when you have holidays at the sea.

Location When I arrived at the hotel they said, the hotel is full! I had to walk to another hotel for one night. I had also paid for the balcony but no! They said be happy that you have a room now.

Old hotel... better choose another one Choice of food is poor, wine is disgusting. Room smelled.

It's a perfect hotel for this price. If you want just to chill near the beach, it's a perfect place. Food was tasty, with many salads and cheese, you won't be hungry. They have very friendly staff that are always ready to help you. It's pretty common in Turkey that they offer free internet only in lobby, but it's a bit annoying. You can just add this 15 euro ( for example) for the week in one night price.

The food was really good with a lot to choose from, service was excellent and the staff always had a smile on their faces, it’s very close to the beach and walking distance to city centre. The 2 elevators was really small considering the amount of people that were staying at the hotel, and the only plug that accessible was a loose cable hanging out of the wall.

Everyone is very kind from the staff, the cooks, the guy from reception, the maids in the kitchen. Those two ladies are always smiling and do a great job. Salute to the bartender who pours the best beer and Pepsi. The meals were varied. There were many bad comments about the food, but we were positively surprised because the menu was more than excellent. Excellent place and location, if you don't mind the mosque. Kleopatra Beach is close, as is the city center. We would like to visit the hotel again only with a different view.

Location is the best Food could be better. Fruits and meat was not enough.

It was adequate for the time I was able to be there The pool had green around which I felt could easily been addressed and is surely an essential thing to address

I was a little scared after reading some of the reviews, but everything turned out very well. Checked in on time, even earlier. The air conditioner worked well, if that does not suit the way it blows, then it can be adjusted. Everything in the bathroom worked fine. The smell was sometimes present, but can be tolerated. Nice normal room for a 3 star hotel. Cleaned daily, you didn't even have to ask. Food is also good enough for 3. Meat was always present, lots of different desserts. There were cherries and watermelons all the time. Of course, everyone tried to come to the opening of the restaurant, so there were queues. Therefore, you have to come either at the opening or 40-50 minutes after, just when the first batch finish eating. We never had a problem finding a table. We came to the opening and an hour later, food always was refresh. Maybe something will end, but mostly it is from deserts or salads. Hot dishes, including meat, were always refresh to the end. Why do I focus on this, because there are comments that there is almost no meat and hot dishes. Do not forget you are going to Turkey (where there is not so much meat already) and to a 3 star hotel. The beach is very good, 5 minutes walking. There are many attractions and shops around to visit. Across the road is a water park, near it is Migros, if you want to buy something and eat something that is not in the hotel, is there anything else to buy. To the harbor with ships 20-30 minutes on foot. You can go along Ataturk, you can go along the street from the top. And there are many shops there. The hotel staff is very polite and accommodating. They answered all questions, helped with everything. I think that the hotel fulfills its 3 stars perfectly. We are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. I recommend it. I think this is just a find, the location is just super. To make breakfast till 9:30. More cooling in dining room. It was very very hot at all time there even though we were sitting in front of the fan.

good value for money bad service, the seemed like the staff didn´t want to be there, and the cocktail bar wasn't that great as told. They only served 2 drinks.
