Büyük Hotel

The balcony had only slide door making it very noisy and difficult to sleep. Our room was on 4th floor and Nabuccu restaurant on 5th floor so every time they moved a chair/table, scraping/grating noise was very audible

Very good There is some noise coming from the window, but overall it is very good.

The noise, it is situated on the Main Street and the noise from the street is terrible. It can be improved with better windows, but when you stay in the room it feels as if the windows are open and you are outside.

The property was very clean, cold rooms, smelled good, and great location. The staff was nice and accommodating. Especially, Emre, very helpful and amazing. Did not have a pool but your across the street from it’s sister hotel for beach access or a great pool at Day One.

Close to beach, good breakfast (8-10am), modern room (concrete aesthetic, looks fairly new), great restaurant on top floor. Aircon worked, cleaning staff were nice. Good value for location. Noise from street (by main road but also building works) was hard to ignore. Had issues with electronic room door not locking, then on later not unlocking. Staff did their best but it was a bit of a faff.

Our stay at Buyuk was exceptional - the staff were great, location is amazing and finally the food was on spot - this hotel will definitely be the hotel to go to when visiting Alanya

Amazing view during breakfast, good gym, nice interior design Sauna and spa facilities are not included. To keep in mind that it’s a bit further from the center (but therefore closer to the beach)

Nothing, very bad experience. Horrible location, with no parking, small rooms, dirty walls in our room, the shower door was broken, the room was very tight, and on top of all that, you need to cross the street to have breakfast, as it is not served in the hotel.

Breakfast was great. However when we requested a packed breakfast on 3 occasions, it was not prepared.

Very good bed, nice and spacious room and very good breakfast, amazing view. The curtains didn’t cover the whole window, so there was a lot of light in the room in the morning, that didn’t allow to have a good sleep as well as the car noise from the nearest street.

In the perfect spot, supermarkets, shops and restaurants all around. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room was clean and the service was amazing. Cannot fault this hotel and I will definitely be back! Shoutout to the staff for being so good at what they do
