Kleopatra Carina Hotel

Nice location, balcony and possibility to leave our luggage after checkout Hostel needs renovation and cleaning. Room was dirty and pool with bugs and trash.

The location of the hotel is good, walking distance from the sea beach Rude staff, inappropriate behaviour of the staff,close to no amenities. They even denied us checkin at 2 PM and said our room was being serviced. We had to wait for 30 mins at the reception doing nothing.

This hotel has disgusting mould and this has now made me ill. Do NOT book it. Even if it’s cheap it’s not worth it because you will spend the money you save on fixing your health after you leave. This place is disgustingly dirty and mouldy and if you breathe it in or it gets on your skin you will get a fungal infection which I have … these are extremely painful and hard to get rid of. Worst hotel I wouldn't even let my dog sleep there !!! Everything it smelt of wee so strong the Beding had wee on the rooms were never cleaned the staff was horrendous didn't help what so ever infant the was messing round with there new gun they bought at the recipetion whole I was waiting at the till !!! The veiw was nothing like they said and u defiantly can't see the beach was just a back ale hotel run down the shower was falling off the sink and toilet actually fell off I didn't even end up sleeping there we asked to move rooms told no but th3 rest looked exactly the same I left the hotel after 1 hour it was horrendous

Location is perfect. The room is ok, good. Hot water and drinking water is for staff, but we were allowed to take it. Everything is not so bad, BUT..... BED BUGS? Really? I asked for a refund because of that but they refused. At the reception they said that there were no complaints because of that and mine was the first one. How is that? We were travelling around Turkey and there were no bugs! Nowhere! It is absolutely impossible that we brought them. So we moved to another room, but I got more bites and I was sleeping in jeans, socks and long sleeve shirt! Again, it would have been an average low budget hotel (now the prices got really high, but it's not the hotel's fault), if there hadn't been any bed bugs!

Great hotel in a perfect central location next to the beach. That is my third stay there. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Housekeeping is very noisy in the morning and you cannot sleep after 8:00 a.m. because they start working and make a lot of noise throughout the hotel until 11:00 a.m. Wi-Fi in room is not so good.

Superb

Location was close to the beach and to the centre. A couple of staff members (night shift) were absolutely amazing but sadly some were rude and very unhelpful. The maid was absolutely outstanding! I tipped her daily and she made sure the room and balcony were spotless and clean sheets / toilets and consumables restocked every day. Having been a visitor to Turkey for almost 30 years i'm not under any illusions as to expectations however..... Original room was disgusting, literally couldn't pass each other without pushing past each other. Double bed was into the corner meaning one had to climb over the other to get out of bed. Sink, toilet and shower didn't work - all were a trickle of water with thick limescale and rust on the fixtures. Shower had no shower head, sink taps were hanging off and the bathroom was a wet room - if the shower had actually worked it would have soaked the toilet and not the person standing underneath. After complaining for along period of time I was told no other rooms and fully booked. Having explained I had a video and photos of the premises and I would post online and send to Booking.com I was offered another room which despite being marginally better was still very poor. The pool had sunshine for around 1 hour per day as its situated in between two high buildings and lord knows when it was actually cleaned as we never saw it and there were glasses and rubbish left lying around for days on end. Literally only 8 sun loungers too and not in great condition. No hotel bar and electrics were shoddy. Despite power cuts locally across all buildings the electricity and air con consistently fused and switched off. 1 day I stayed in the room to rest we counted in excess of 20 times in 12 hours. At one point in +30 degree heat (during the night) we had no air con for almost 8 hours and it was unbearable as they have no emergency generator or back up. I personally wouldn't stay here again although as I say some of the staff couldn't do enough for us.

Very close to beautyfull Cleopatra Beach.

It's close to beach and city center Every few hours the electricity went out, the toilet didn't work properly, the bool was filled with sand and leaves.

I eill never stsy there again

The hotel is near the boulevard but on a quiet side street, so everything is at hand but without the noise. Because there was no buffet in the morning, picking up and bringing the key was the only contact you have with hotel staff, which makes the atmosphere quite anonymized
