The staff was good, they served us beds and delivered things that we requested as quickly as they could. We got noisy young germans just next door. This hotel sound isolation was poor, and they were going to sleep only after 3am. The hotel staff tried to resolve the issue. Although they failed, I respect their effort. The food and drinks are alright, not many options to choose from, so if you stay longer than a week, you will get bored of this food. But it was fine. The 30 mins spa is just a trick to lure more money from you, I would not recommend. Also, it's 30 mins per stay, not per day, so don't get confused. I think the price might be just a bit too high but in Turkey everything is expensive. Now about Turkey in general, I will not go to this country ever again. This is generally a Turkish thing: to treat tourists like trash. Everything has a price tag and if you are willing to litter with cash, you might be alright but ultimately, you are getting robbed there. Next time, I will pick a decent country. I could see lots of simple-minded shallow people: Russians and Germans, who are good enough drinking beer, smoking cigarettes, littering on the beach they will visit the very next day, listening to loud music, arguing publicly, and buying stupid sheet. Turkish people just exploit this kind. They also exploit the remnants of old culture to sell you Chinese trash for 10-15 euros. Did not enjoy. Do not recommend.

Location. Spacious. $2 for room safe! Very low quality liquor. Mediocre food.

The availability of staff when required. The first room I was put it was not fit for purpose for anyone let alone a family with little children. That room and any like it should condemned and demolished it was that bad.

Hotel je cist, posteljina se mjenja svaki dan, kupatilo je cisto. Hrana je super, sadrzaji hotelskog kompleksa su super...mi smo sa djecom uzivali. Voda u bazenima je cista i topla. Jedina zamjerka, trebalo bi biti vise veganske hrane, ili hrane pripremljene od jedne ili dvije namirnice, za djecu koja imaju alergije na jaja i mlijeko.

The staff were very kind, the house keeping service was very professional. The room was spacious and every room has a balcony which is very nice. Food was delicious with many options. We cannot find any minus of our stay.

Staff was friendly and room was OK, not that roomtype what we booked via booking.com, not hotel's/ reception's fault, booking.com was just giving wrong information (not the first time). Beds were very comfortable and well equipped-room and balcony clean and tidy. All the facilities/ entertainment promised weren't available, maybe because it wasn't the season yet. Meals were offered open-buffet style; food was good and tasty and waiters almost too quick to clean the table. Location of the hotel is little bit aside of the "center" and it's quite a walk to the beach, also "suite with the sea-view " is maybe too over advertised. Wi-Fi was good in the room & public areas of the hotel.

I've ordered all inclusive, but wifi in room and beach are for extra pay. No parking

Amazing staff with smiley face and helpful all the time. Good food, a lot of option. Big pool, good evening activities like dancing, shows. A bit far from beach (20 min by walk) shuttle bus from beach to hotel was only one time (3pm). For lunch we needed to lose time 40 minutes.

Great location, friendly staff, great pools for 3 year old. Pillows were uncomfortable but over all everything else was excellent

It has been a great stay. Everything was perfect. 1- Clean and tidy. 2- The buffet served very good food and good service from the staff. 3- The training facility is new and fresh. 4- Ac system everywhere, and the rooms have AC. 5- Very good Wi-fi. 6- The staff at the reception were great, especially Huseyin. I recommend this hotel to families with children and I think I will come back to the same hotel next time. There is nothing to complain about

We had the best experience in spa and wellness centre, everyone is friendly and professionals in their field. Great hammam, sauna and massages. We had all inclusive deal and everything was great, meals, pools, beverages, Cleopatra beach N4 was also great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will visit again. We liked everything.

Exceptional

The hotel has everything you need. The receptionist were very helpful a special thanks to Mert and Ibrahim and the supervisor. Good quality restaurant food with fresh mezze salads and fruits.The hotels is located 5 minutes away from city centre and the beach. Nothing just wished the spa had a professional masseuse. But I enjoyed the hamam experience.
