The staff person that greeted me was very friendly and professional. However, the room left much to be desired. There was no soap in the room and a roach crawled along the arm of the chair as I was sitting in it. The desk chair was not comfortable and leaned back too far.

Expedia has an ai that makes mistakes! Dont use it. It cost me an extra 70 dollars that we couldnt afford on this property. The night clerk was rude and the beds are hard as bricks and you can feel the springs through them. More of a construction worker hotel.

Room was acceptable, TV didn’t work had to get the staff to fix, breakfast was marginal, staff was friendly. Gym equipment not commercial grade. Would not stay there again.

It's in a decent location People were hanging out in front of the hotel which made it look a little ghetto. We kept having to request things like more towels and the TV was an issue that staff had to come in and fix. The complimentary breakfast was low budget.

There were bugs in the bathroom and every time you close or open the door some type of debris falls from the ceiling. Staff was very nice and helpful. Please double check rooms before getting comfortable.

The room didn't have hand soap or towels or paper towels in the sink area. Ask for some more...was told it would be left in the room..get back at 1am still no towels No towels, missing toiletries

The stay was fine but the room just felt very… damp. The floor was literally wet.

The room was very clean. My sister and I was there for the weekend. The room was not serviced, but that was OK. We didn't need it! Johnnie took very good care of us. It was convenient to walk to some of the local stores and restaurants.
