On check out day, I spoke with the owner/manager, she stated we clean the rooms every other day and her staff told her that I refuse to have my room cleaned. I asked her why would I taken pictures if that was my request. Dirty diaper was on the outside of someone's room when I checked in and when I returned late in evening it was still there. I was told that I would receive a discount the next I stay there. That will NEVER HAPPEN!!!!

The property was OK. It was nice and clean. I went with a big family group we all rented rooms. We all had kids so the first day we got there was Friday and the kids wanted to get in the pool. The clerk came out and wanted to refund our rooms talking about that was too many kids in the pool and mine y’all the kids was not down there at the pool by itself. It was several adults with the kids when we told him that he can refund our money, but he was gonna refund us in cash because it was a holiday weekend of July 4 and if he put it back on the card, it wouldn’t get back to the card until after Monday, he wanted to change his mind about refunding us our rooms. They constantly watched us on Saturday. We went off to a event. We was gone all day when we got back, this clerk did not stop walking up and down the compound watching us in the kids which mind you again we pay for at least six rooms.

The owner was very nasty towards me my mom and other family members. we had about 7 to 10 kids and they didn't want to let us inside the pool. Told us to get out but once we told him he would have to refund us in cash... he had a change of mind.
