The customer service was great at check in and check out. I didn't like that our room didnt have a trash can. When Ai mentioned it to the rain attendant, she brought us one but it was so tiny that we still had to use a grocery store bag.

My stay was okay. I was disappointed in my stay. I chose this spot because of its amenities. However, the pool was closed, the free breakfast was awful and lacked a variety of food options. The room was not adequately stocked with towels or tissue. The breakfast options were not appealing.

It was clean There were things broken in my room and I told the front desk they said someone would fix it but no one did. Also about breakfast It says free breakfast if you like waffles cereal or a muffin then yeah that's breakfast I think it's misleading it should say continental breakfast because that's what it is.

This hotel has changed management and is still a good deal, but they have done away with breakfast and just have coffee and juice along with protein bars and cupcakes. The waffle machine was broken while I was there so there really isn't any breakfast.

A once great hotel. 5 night stay, first room had towels and linens on the floor, not vacuumed or cleaned. Second room had 'many' toenails on floor outside the bathroom. Third room no plug, making bathtub unusable. Not even a single bar of soap. Forth room, again, no plug for the bathtub or bathroom sink. I went to call the desk only to discover the phone was just a prop, no cord. Smoke detector had been removed, I don't think it was even legal to rent. Breakfast, which used to be great, is now marginal at best, can't even get a piece of toast. Eggs of any kind, forget about it. Coffee was good though.

The air-conditioning did not work in one of the rooms. We rented 207 and 208 207. It was hot.
