The staff were helpful and the property was clean

Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Room was very true to pictures, building upkeep could be a little better. Overall had a great experience.

The room was clean, air was cozy, tv was loud and clear. Everything was very nice if I must say so myself.

The rooms were very beautiful. Love the barnyard door on the bathroom. The halls are dark and needs a little lighter color paint. Need a few physical repairs. Pool was broken. Manager was a catch all guy. He was doing yard work and fixing things. Breakfast was mid. Light morning breakfast. Overall, very clean property. Professional staff. Brian, the manager and the receptionist that checked me in were great.

Room was clean but breakfast wasn’t that good

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Needed cups for the coffee pot and/or bathroom use. No wash cloths in bathroom. No chair in room. Staff was professional.

The breakfast was kinda sad, but understandable

The front desk clerk at check in was very accommodating, friendly, answered all of our questions. The beds were comfortable. Just about everything else! The room was very damp even with the air conditioner on, they had limited TV channels, though we were in King rooms there were only enough towels for 1 person - luckily we had only 1 person in each room, towels were rough and small compared to typical hotel size towels. As for the usual hot breakfast one would expect from a Ramada Wyndham hotel, this one was pitiful! It consisted of 2 defrosted frozen waffles that could be put in the toaster, a few slices of bread, muffins, instant grits and oatmeal that one could add semi-hot water from a thermos and then put in the microwave to cook, 1 half gallon of apple juice that had about a half of cup left in it, gallon of milk that was about empty, orange juice machine, and maybe coffee in the hot pots, and bananas that were so rotten they were almost black. As a tea drinker I looked for tea bags but there were none, went to front desk to get some, no one was there, about 10 minutes later a gentleman was behind the front desk when asked about tea bags he said "The Health Department has not given us permission to pass out tea bags yet!" Never heard an excuse like that for not having tea bags. When checking out I asked this same gentleman for my receipts he made me feel like I was bothering him with my request. I don't think I would ever stay here again. This is not the first time I have booked a hotel room through Bookings. It is the second or third time that I have been placed in a hotel that is definitely below standard! I probably won't be using Bookings any more.

The Front Desk staff, Ms. Dee was very professional and helpful. She us feel very welcome.

Very clean room, hot water and cold AC. Morning coffee and fruits were a plus for me. Thank you
