New management or workers are rude. I love the girl who use to work here. Stay here when we come in town for family. No longer want to stay here just the atmosphere is not welcoming.

Very clean room

The shower don’t work The frig wasn’t clean at all and it’s stains all over the rooms

Toilets and showers backed up

Staff was friendly and AC worked well. The bed did look like a king size, the bathroom floor was dirty, there was no number outside on the door, and I never saw the breakfast , the coffee was cold, it definitely was not worth 95 a night.

Room was drab cold and had a damp like feel to it. Was supposed to get a king and was given a double. So comfort was an issue, the bathroom door would not close. I've stayed here in the past and never had a complaint. The staff was great and I normally don't complain but not a very pleasant stay☹️

We had a scary movie hotel experience without the gore.

The staff was excellent & very helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable/neat and there were plenty of amenities available. The water pressure wasn’t that great in the shower

Pretty Clean Room and Spacious

The room was so dirty that me and my disable husband had to clean it before we slept there. Potato chips all under the bed, the sheets were dirty, so we had to ask for cleaning stuff and when they gave us clean sheets some of which had holes in them. The microwave had so much rust in it you could hardly open it., The toilet was so broken when my disabled husband tried to sit on it, it rocked from side to side. I was so upset and disappointed the next morning I asked to speak to the supervise and she was not even caring, she was rolling her eyes and I let her know how upset we were and we needed a new room. I have a video of the holes in the wall , mold in the shower, filthy AC and mold around the windows, the room door would not closed completely. We check out early. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!

I chose this hotel because it was close to Albany State University and we had to be there at 830am. Let us just say, not what we are used to. We got almost no sleep. We slept on top of the blankets. The air conditioning did not fill the room.The bathroom ceiling looked like there was mold. The towels and washcloths were paper thin. The young lady who checked us in was very helpful and came to the room to help with the television. When we checked out there was no one at the desk, so we left the key on the counter. We were able to get apple juice before we left. Would I stay here again???? Absolutely not!

Got their late and had to leave early. But room is clean and quiet.Made for a good night's rest,Thanks 😌

Good location for where I was trying to go Everything the water had an odor the tub had rust the paint was chipping off the walls there were bugs in the rooms

I will never ever ever choose this place again I spend the night with the homeless an be more comfortable an relax
