Very basic but you get what you pay for. Close to the beach. Some nice cafes nearby. Air conditioning worked well. Close to mercadona. Felt like university accommodation, room was tiny, no balcony so drying swimwear was difficult, shower flooded. Pool doesn’t get a lot of sunlight and there are only about five beds. Had to wait ages for lifts as the accommodation is huge and they only have two lifts. Far from the city. Again though, this wasn’t expensive to stay in.

Price and location Air conditioning was turned down at night and really really uncomfortable and upsetting as couldn't breath or sleep. Had to go down to lobby to beg to change

The friendliness of staff, the location and the room was good. Cleaners were great and so hardworking. Thank you TV never worked and no effort to make it work. No money back offer for a service that they say they provide. Shower liked water outside.

Staff Mold in the bathrooms. The food was very particular, it was very fat or something. But our stomachs did not like it. The rest was okay

A good value for money property in a great location close to the beach, with well-designed and clean rooms. The only downside was the very strong smell of insect repellent in the room before checking in.

Nice place, nice to have possibility to use a kitchen, a pool and even a small gym fro a lower price than expected; the staff was very kind, and the breakfast was just enought to be prepared for a full day outside. The room was clean and enough for a short stay with a small fridge and air conditioning to help survive the warm weather If you want to visit Valencia the city and not only the beach, it has buses that connects it but it's still at least 30 mins by bus which might be a bit annoying
