TV was leaning on the wall. The bed was leaning to the middle. One staff person at breakfast picked up my plate. It was extremely thoughtful of her.

Hotel with all the necessities including EV charging. All staff were kind and very helpful. Room was very clean and spacious.

When I went to check-in about 6pm the front desk clerk said she had to leave to run an errand and no one else was there to check me in so she informed me that I would would have to wait until she got back. She actually had to leave the premises for whatever errand she had to do. That is unacceptable! So much for the customer comes first! I asked to speak to supervisor and she said she was the only one there!!
