Room was comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and helpful!

I was okay in the beginning, but then we got an upgrade because we rented a handicap room and they had gave it to someone else. But we talk to the manager and he gave us an upgrade and it was nice. They even gave us a late check out. Breakfast was really good as well.

Rooms where clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint was not enough luggage carts on site,

The property had a good location and the breakfast was decent. The pool was small, there was stains on the curtains, the fan in the room every time I turned it on it seemed like it was gonna fall off, I seen hair in the inside of the pillow that was not mine. The couch that was provided was wore out.

The room was as shown. The interior is showing its age. Not horrible but does need an upgrade.

I really didn't enjoy my stay due to paying for parking which was ridiculous because we were renting there. Also one of the television weren't working.

Helpful Staff, Clean rooms and Breakfast was great

Compared to other Homewood suites this seemed a little rundown, doors were tricky to open my room door and the external door from the parking lot.

Our room was better than I expected! It was huge! We had plenty of space and comfy beds. The only complaint for me was the shower head. It made for a great long shower.. but only because it took forever to rinse off my hair! It barely had any pressure and was Itty bitty! Not to mention the faucet that was an inch away from the wall! When they renovated the room, they forgot to finish the bathtub!

Sadly the best thing about this place was the breakfast…it smelled the couch was stained and filthy the carpet was wet and sticky and the reservoir in the coffee machine had something slimy in it.

The carpet and couch looked dirty and had a smell like a dog had been in the room.

The rooms were comfortable I had to call front desk 3 times because children were running and jumping above us until 11:30 at night then the breakfast was not good at all I’ve stayed with homewood suites before and this is the worst one I’ve stayed at .

The hotel called me that my daughter left her wallet. We arranged for someone to pick up but then when we arrived the wallet was missing. There were also charges made to the cards in the wallet. I tried on multiple occasions to speak to the General Manager whom pretended to be an Assistant Manager and said the GM was not there! He refused to speak to us or handle the situation. This was the most disturbing stay I’ve ever had! No one tried to reconcile the situation which we had no other choice to call the police and file a report. Report filed!!*********** I hope they catch the thief, liar, and fraud personnel at this hotel! GM should be fired!
