Stayed over night but everything was clean and comfy

property is still relatively clean. Hallways could use a deep clean with shampoo. Food quality seems to be going downhill. Staff is helpful, but there's always only one person on duty. They need more help.

The property was well kept and clean the room was spacious and very comfortable the staff very friendly and professional. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

Nothing Everything: 1. Both Elevators were like Oven- so much of hot air with bad smell of oil. 2. Bathtub was so small that even a kid would fall early if he turns while bathing. 3. Taps quality is very old type. Felt cheap. 4. No Juices at breakfast- not even one juice. 5. I paid $120 for one night - its too high for the low quality services.

The 2 front desk people we awesome! Danny and Sarah were so friendly and helped us order dinner. We stayed and chatted with them until they got off work for the night. We had a good time just visiting. The sitting area is nice and I read my book there for a while. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was typical but good. Everyone was so friendly. We loved our stay!

Everything was very clean, and breakfast was good, and I loved the room cause it has to mirrors. There was nothing that i didnt like.

We arrived in our room and the bathroom sink was full of dirty water and leftover used soap was on the sink and tub.

It had been a long travel day with 3 young kids. My baby was fussy as I was trying to check in. One of the other staff members played with my baby in her stroller so I could finish checking in. She might have thought it was nothing but it meant so much to me that the staff would make a tired mom’s evening slightly better with that act of kindness. When I got to the room with my 3 kids, it was glorious! Very clean room with plenty of space for us to stretch our legs and not be on top of each other! The breakfast the next morning was so good! Lots of choices to choose from and plenty to go around. My kids loved the mini waffles! I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone traveling! We will definitely be staying here again on our next road trip!

The one staff on duty did a good job, but they deserve to have back up at the same time.

We were very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel. Service, cleanliness, comfort, and location were great! Would definitely stay here again! The only thing of concern was how hot their elevators were, which were uncomfortable, but would not keep us from staying there again.

Booked a QQ- Suite on Expedia specifically. When arrived they gave us a K-Suite and said Expedias reservation came over as a King. Showed them my reservation with QQ-Suite on Expedia. They said sorry we are sold out here’s a roll away bed. We aren’t sure who screwed up but no one wants to take the blame or make it right.

Everything was good.. the only negative would be the lack of water pressure on the shower.

Nice quiet place with an excellent staff. Will consider staying on the next visit to the area
