Not happy that they charged us for the total stay upon arrival, then a $75 incidental fee and the next morning another $234 for some lame reason that the system didn’t see the initial charge. We think we are done with Hyatt. Sad, because the rooms are spacious.

Now. The room was so disgusting. A layer of dust on everything. Stains of what looked like blood on the couch. The couch frame was wrecked. The carpet had wrappers on it. If you like good staff and a shuttle service around a 2 mile radius. This place will suit you. If you worry about a clean place. Look elsewhere.

Definitely overrated comparing to the price. The property was old, elevator was not clean, I think for $160 he can get a better place.

The bed was fairly comfortable and firm and pillows were fine. Since I needed my cpap there was only one half of a plug to use which when I pulled it out the light on my side of the bed and the box which had multi charger plug in’s (which work marvelously but are practically the middle of the small shelf) were off and the cpap just bairly fit on to the small shelf now. Fortunately I have a rubber pad to put my cpap machine on or the machine could slide around. I appreciated the glass glasses and the mugs rather than paper or plastic cups. As a side note, I understand why beds are up high to help making it easier but I am short so it is very hard for me to get up onto the bed.

Inconvenient: One elevator was out of service, the other was very slow. We were on the 5th floor, carrying lots of things in/out for the week (wedding). It wasn't convenient to use the stairs. Also, we never really figured out the cleaning schedule, we stayed Sunday - Saturday. Our room wasn't touched Mon or Tues, we finally asked on Wed and they fully "cleaned" (beds made, trashed taken, towels replaced), Thurs they took the trash and left clean towels, but didn't take the dirty ones, Friday they left clean towels, didn't take the trash or dirty towels. There doesn't seem to be any standard for a cleaning schedule in place. The toilet area is tight, it is awkward to stand in there and close the door without the door hitting you. Not good ventilation, towels won't dry. There is no privacy to get dressed without everyone else in the room seeing you for all the mirrors. The bad: The room was not clean, there were hairs in the bathtub and a false eyelash in a drawer. The carpet was stained, needs to be replaced. The tv has a lot of cords and when we turned it to view from the sofa area it quit working, we were tired, so just went to bed. But be aware when moving tv to be very gentle. Overall, lots of things that could be improved upon.

OK stay. Breakfast buffet is a plus. Our fridge in the room did not work and our food went bad.

The location This review is in relation to the surprisingly high price we had to pay. It wasn't clean like hotel standard even, there were crumbs on the floor and the table, im guessing from the previous guests, an insect on the bed and the floor was not the cleanest. The water bottle offered in the room for $5 was already used before we could open it too with 1/4 of it already gone. I was disappointed as this was the most expensive hotel we booked for the trip.

The room was old, no plugs for accessories, if I didn't always bring and extension cord I'd have no where to plug in my C-PAP.

Found someone else’s sock under the sheets in the bedding. Sheets were NEVER changed between guests. Disgusting!!
